Friday kicks off the Hala February Festival in Kuwait. The opening carnival parade will be held on Salem al Mubarak Street in Salmiya this Friday, 31 January.
Starting from 1pm, there will be a parade, bike show, carnival and other fun activities. There will also be shopping discounts throughout the month for the festival.
Additionally, there will be activities and shows will be held at Ice Skating Rink and the Green Island (on Gulf Road) throughout the month, with nightly shows, concerts, poetry readings, jump roping, magic shows, and more. Tickets for the Green Island activities are KD 3.5 and can be bought at the Green Island or at the booth in the Avenues.
